My friends think it might be the old engine mounts moving a lot thanks to all the grip from the Hoosiers

yup. it’s a very solid candidate. replace them. trans mounts are a less likely cause.

I have 20k mile old engine and trans mounts. Stock ones for engine, and Rogue Engineering polyurethan for the trans ones on my M3
